You'll be picked up from your hotel this morning, and transferred to Tung Chung new town, once a major defense stronghold against pirates during the Ming and Qing dynasties. From here, you'll take the Ngong Ping cable car, which will whisk you to the Lantau peak area. Stroll around the village and enjoy a delicious vegetarian lunch. In the afternoon, marvel at the largest bronze sitting Buddha in the world, and visit Po Lin Monastery. Drive to Tai O fishing village, also known as the Venice of the East for its houses held up by stilts. Return to Tung Chung and you'll be escorted back to your hotel, where you may relax for the evening.

Today you'll be exploring Hong Kong's new territories, which make up the vast majority of the country (over 85%). The drive will take you to Lam Tsuen village, to see the Wishing Tree, upon which local villagers toss joss paper in hopes of making their dreams come true. Next, you'll head to Tai Mo Shan, where you'll visit the Kat Hing Wai Walled Village. As you continue your drive along this scenic road, you'll be treated to panoramas of China's Shenzhen. After a full day of exploring the most fascinating parts of the new territories, head back to your luxury Hong Kong hotel for the night.

Enjoy a fascinating, educational experience this morning at Hong Kong's Wetland Park. This world-class eco-tourism facility showcases Hong Kong's diverse eco-system. Its interactive area contains a slew of fun exhibits, from themed exhibition galleries, a theatre, an indoor play area, and more. After lunch, you'll head to Kowloon, where you can visit its must-see spots, from the elegant Chi Lin Monastery, to the bird and flower markets, and of course, Tsim Sha Tsui's Avenue of the Stars. For your final day of your Wild Hong Kong journey, you'll be escorted from your hotel to the outlying ferry pier, where you'll take a slow ferry to Yung Shue Wan. Upon arrival at Lamma's main tourist center, you'll hike for an hour and a half to Sok Kwu Wan, enjoying lovely views of Hong Kong's south islands and the breathing in the scent of lush nature that surrounds. Enjoy a fresh, delicious seafood lunch once arrived. With your belly full, take the fast ferry back to Central, from where you may either enjoy some shopping in downtown Hong Kong, or head straight back to your hotel ahead of tomorrow's departure.
